What makes you eligible for NIMCET 2025?

To be eligible for appearing in entrance examination for admission in various MCA Government Colleges of India, one has to meet the NIMCET eligibility 2025 criteria set up by the authorities. The candidate must be an Indian citizen with at least 60% marks in aggregate or a CGPA of 6.5 (55% marks and 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD category) in :

• Any undergraduate program of minimum 3-years with mathematics/statistics as one of the subjects.

OR

• B.E/ B.Tech from a recognized University or Institution

NIMCET 2025 Registration process 

To appear in the MCA entrance exam, All the eligible candidates are required to fill the NIMCET Application form 2025 provided in the official website.  

Authorities started the application process on 17 April 2025 (Thursday) and the last date to fill the application form is 16 May 2025 (Friday) till 5:00PM IST. 

The official date for the release of NIMCET Admit card 2025 is 29 May 2025 (Thursday) and the candidates can download it until 8 June 2025 (Sunday). 

NOTE- Candidates are advised to print 3 copies of the admit card and carry a clear copy to the examination hall to avoid any type of problems in the examination center.

NIMCET Syllabus 2025 in Brief

After NIMCET 2025

After the answer key, the results will be announced on 27 June 2025 followed by counseling. Selected students will get an opportunity to get admission in 11 NITs and 2 IIITs.
